Job Title: Director of Workforce Initiatives

The PA Workforce Development Association is in search of a self-starter who will advocate for Pennsylvania’s workforce development boards and statewide system. The Director of Workforce Initiatives will support the creation of policy, best practice sharing and technical assistance to facilitate and represent a high performing workforce system via the Association’s councils, work groups and committees.
