Associations are careful about where their resources are placed in today's marketplace. Organizations with limited resources may not realize that there are free and inexpensive tools to package data in more digestible and attractive reports. Building a data analytics program is essential to communicating today and tomorrow's information. Although Excel spreadsheets work fine, there are more robust methods to share data. A data analytics program does not have to be complicated. Attendees will be guided through a discussion about hot to build a program to effectively harness the organization's data.

Speaker: Heidi Weber

Heidi Weber, MBA, CAE has participated in panels and group discussions on how technology influences executive decision making. Heidi has been published in the ASAE Associations Now magazine and has collaborated on an article on digital transformation for the Association Forum of Chicago's Forum Magazine. She is a leader and facilitator of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity (AO) located in Rockville, MD. As the executive director, she has been a change agent and has championed mission-driven programs to benefit the members and the healthcare community. With more than 15 years' experience in nonprofit and corporate organizations, Heidi has provided leadership and strategic management to both professional and trade societies and their members and boards. Heidi earned her CAE designation in January 2017 and is a member of the ASAE Technology Council.
