Is your association prepared to respond to a crisis?

John Sakoian of Command Excellence™ and ACTION™ will discuss the importance of understanding safety, timing, communication and preparation when faced with different types of emergencies. 

The hour-long webinar will look at crisis preparedness as it relates to health emergencies, natural and manmade disasters, and pandemics such as COVID-19. 

Participants will gain resource information for assistance in preparing their own crisis management plans and talk through protective measures they should consider having in place. 

Attendees will also walk through the kinds of questions to ask facility managers when selecting venues to host conferences, conventions and other special events.

At the conclusion of the presentation, there will be a question and answer period.
