Presentation Description: Everything you were, are, and will be is a manifestation of your mind. Your emotional intelligence plays a huge part in that development. Participants will investigate the integrated relationship that emotional intelligence plays in everything we do, especially learning. Participants will investigate, through lively discussion, the impact emotional intelligence has on higher order thinking skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, and empathy.  Understanding our emotional triggers will allow each of us to become more self-managed. Consequently, this self-management will lead to greater productivity and greater understanding of behaviors that are self-destructive. (Focus on understanding behaviors and thought processes).

Taste of Success is a lunch-and-learn seminar-style event held in the mid-day monthly at a PASAE Member hotel, conference center, or restaurant. Since we take a few months off in the summer and winter, there are usually 6-7 of these events each year. During the pandemic, these events have been moved to virtual.
