Session Description: A flexible leadership style is the key to success for any manager. Flexibility does not mean that there are not high-performance expectations and standardized processes; it does mean that managers recognize, accept, and fully leverage the nuances of leading workers representing multiple generations. By the end of this interactive webinar, you will understand the energizers and de-energizers of each generation at work, and learn how to flex your style to enhance individual and collective performance whether you work in person, remotely or in a hybrid model.

About the Presenter
Marty Martin is a Professor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University and Research & Innovation Fellow. In these roles, he leads a portfolio of degree programs and an innovation fund for the University. He also serves on numerous boards nationally and in his community.

Marty’s prior experience includes senior positions at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Tulane Hospital & Clinics, and The National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health where he drives change in human resources, occupational safety and health, and DEI.

Marty has a BS in Biology from the Xavier University of Louisiana, PsyD/MPH in clinical health psychology and later earned a MSc in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

His publications include three books, 150 plus peer review publications and numerous book chapters. He is completing his latest book titled “52 Sleep Tips.”
