Ethical Leadership

The topic of ethics can make some people uncomfortable. Sometimes an organization’s practices do not align with the personal values of employees; other times, ethics breaches are used by management to justify punitive actions. This session will focus on strategies to embed ethics in a team, department, and throughout organization. We will address common barriers to creating values-based cultures and explore a framework to evaluate moral dilemmas.

This session is worth 1.0 CAE and 1.0 CMP credit.
